We are seeking to recruit XUL/JavaScript/AJAX/DHTML Developers Tasks and responsibilities: Our client already has a great team assembled, but they're looking for more creative and innovative people to come and join them. the qualified candidate must be a self-starter, and passionate about web 2.0. The team and the candidate is developing a flagship product based on the Mozilla engine. Our client will be creating useful tools and features to help there 600,000+ users manage their content fast and easy. The client's development philosophy is one of free-thinking and to foster new technologies and ideas. The client's has furthermore adopted Agile programming methods for their team members to reach maximum results. | Qualificações |
Profile of the suitable candidate:
- Substantial experience with JavaScript & DOM (3 years);
- Mastery of XHTML, CSS;
- Able to work under strict deadlines;
- Good written and verbal communication skills (fluent in English);
- Strong attention to detail;
- The position is based in Amsterdam, The Netherlands, and is therefore available to candidates willing to relocate;
Additional Information:
Optional Qualifications & competences:
- Experience with Mozilla/XUL and knowledge of web 2.0 APIs and services is a major plus;
- Deep grasp of object-oriented & large-scale software methods and principles;
- Advances XML and AJAX Experience;
- Experience with graphic design/layout;
- Working knowledge of information design, web usability and navigation standards;
- Expert knowledge of PHP and Mozilla/XUL;
